The Phoenix Blend:

The Phoenix Blend is the first release in the 2XO Collection’s series of limited-time small-batch offerings. This blend is made using carefully selected barrels of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that have been aged for at least four years. The resulting spirit has a smooth and velvety mouthfeel with notes of caramel and vanilla on the front, followed by bright ripe red fruit in the middle, and finishing with a mild peppery spice.

The Innkeepers Blend:

The Innkeepers Blend is the second small batch blend in the 2XO Collection’s Icon Series. This blend pays homage to the Dedman family’s century-plus history in the hospitality industry, as previous owners of the famed Beaumont Inn on Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail. The Innkeepers Blend is crafted using a blend of aged bourbons and has a rich and viscous mouthfeel. It features flavors of caramel sweetness on the front, followed by ripe red fruit in the middle, and finishing with a light, peppery spice.
