Ungava Canadian Gin

The gin is as wild as the arctic. Crafted with six Arctic botanicals from northern Quebec, Ungava gin will make any cocktail uniquely wild. The rare botanicals are hand-foraged, dried.

And then slowly steeped for five weeks for a natural extraction of a complex of flavour and color. The result is a gin unlike any other – a reward for the senses with its exceptionally smooth taste, signature color and 100% natural ingredients.

NOSE:The Nordic juniper expresses its citrusy character with verve.
MOUTH:It reveals a style that is both lively and smooth, fresh and floral. It displays the fruity and lightly acidic notes of crowberry and wild rose hips. Labrador tea adds velvety smoothness to give length to the harmonious mix.
