Presented in a wine bottle to honor its vineyard provenance, Ginny’s Gin is handcrafted by winemakers and distilled from grape and grain. The ratio of grape to grain was painstakingly fine-tuned over several years yielding a perfectly in balance expression of the two. After individually distilling many different botanicals during a focused six-month period, ten were carefully selected. Juniper and Coriander are cracked and cold soaked in the grape spririt for 24 hours, then Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Grains of Paradise, Cubeb Berries, Lemongrass, Sage, Lemon Peel, and orris Root are gently vapor-infused.

Smooth and lush with juniper, spice and clean aromatics; fresh, dry and crips; balanced and long. Hints at coriander on the aroma and warms the palate with anise and cinnamon, black fleeting citrusy sweetness.
